Thai green milk tea

Dang Thu Phuong (39 years old, in Hanoi) shares how to make Thai green milk tea for her children during the epidemic season.

Ingredient:

Jelly part: 1.5 liters of filtered water, 5g of jelly powder, 100g of sugar

Milk tea: 30g Thai green tea, 1.5 liters of filtered water, 1/2 can of condensed milk, 25g of powdered milk, 150g of sugar.

Making:

Bring the water to a boil, add the tea, stir, and cook for 5 minutes for the tea to bloom. Pour the tea through a sieve to filter the residue, save a part of the tea to cook the jelly, the rest to mix with milk.

Mix the jelly powder, sugar, tea and filtered water and slowly stir. Boil for 5 minutes, turn off the heat. Put the jelly on a tray to cool and then put it in the refrigerator.

Add sugar, condensed milk, and powdered milk to the remaining green tea, stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour the tea into a cup, cut the jelly, add ice and enjoy.

Black sugar pearl milk tea

Ms. Nguyen Hong Nghia (34 years old, in Hanoi) shares the recipe for undefeated black sugar buffalo milk tea.

Ingredient:

With milk tea: 25g black tea, 100ml condensed milk, 80g milk powder.

With pearls: 130g tapioca flour, 100g brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cocoa about 5g, filtered water.
